      Class will be most Tues and Thurs, days will change periodically based on Fire Dept. work schedule. Class last approx 1 - 1.5 hrs we will meet 5-6 times monthly (see below)

Fees are based on household:

1 family member   $50 per month.
2 family members $75 per month.
3 family members $90 per month.
4 or more               $100 per month

Rates May Decrease Based on participation:
" the more / the better"...... (cheaper)

    Take advantage of this Exclusive "Neighborhood Self Defense" program. Get to know your neighbors while you get in shape, gain self confidence, inner strength and peace of mind. Knowing that you are well armed with the knowledge and techniques needed to first avoid conflicts through awareness and if needed protect yourself and your family. To know that you children have the basic tools to defend themselves, to break free, escape and run to safety. KNOW That you all can come home safe.

Ages:
10 y/o and up for regular classes. If there is enough interest a kids class can be started.
